Another year of AP classes culminated today with the AP test. Like my students, I breathe a sigh of relief when it's all over. As a little treat (and a bit of a sugar rush to help the little darlins' pry open their cob-webby eyes at 7:30 in the a.m.) I brought all my kids their own pick-me-up packages of Smarties and Nerds to get them through the morning. For the most part, the kids felt pretty confident that they'll fare well when scores come out this summer. Next week, we celebrate with a serious food festival--hooray for closing out our year!
