We used this vacation opportunity to break in Lisa's new RV. We stayed at an RVpark in Newport Beach, and on the second day of vacation we spent the day out on the little inlet nearby. The kids had a great time on the oversized inflatables, and we took a picnic and snacks so we didn't even have to leave our prime beach real estate when we got hungry for lunch. The only downside to the day was that Danielle managed to develop a terrible sunburn, despite the sunscreen we put on her. That girl and the sun have a little bit of a love-hate relationship.
