Nicholas spent this past weekend with his robotics team in Madera. Most of his work for his team's robot was in fabrication during build season, so he decided to be a field set volunteer during the tournament. By the end of the weekend, his team's robot had finished 8th overall in a field of Team 1671 won the Engineering Inspiration Award! They won an invite to Nationals in St. Louis and a $5000 grant from NASA. Great job Bird Brains!
